Amy Stafford began her career in the jewelry industry more than 25 years ago. Amy started in sales and now focuses on the marketing and community outreach for Stafford Jewelers.
After starting Stafford Jewelers with her husband, Amy took some time off to raise her two sons. She enjoys spending time at home gardening and cooking. She also documents her culinary and gardening adventures on her blog, A Healthy Life For Me.
Proud to be a second-generation jeweler, Jacob Stafford has been working behind the scenes at Stafford Jewelers since he was a young boy. His father started Stafford Jewelers more than twenty years ago, and Jacob showed an interest and a natural aptitude at understanding the dynamics of running a business from a very young age.
After attending the University of Cincinnati, Jacob is now the co-director of operations of Stafford Jewelers. Jacob has an unlimited amount of knowledge of Swiss Watches and diamonds and is currently studying to become a diamond gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America. Jacob has a love of vintage and sports cars. When he is not at Stafford Jewelers or working on his cars, Jacob can be found hunting, spending time outside, and relaxing on his tractor.
Jimmy Stafford is back in Cincinnati and working with his family at Stafford Jewelers as co-director of operations after spending time in Washington, DC, attending The George Washington University and competing as captain on the rowing team.
After graduating with an Engineering degree, Jimmy spent time working in Cleveland, Ohio, learning the dynamics of a highly successful privately-held company. Jimmy is now home in Cincinnati helping build his family’s business by sharing his strong mind for numbers and his uncanny ability to lead his employees to performing at the highest level for our customers.
Jimmy is also a CrossFit coach and loves teaching and competing in CrossFit competitions.
Stafford Jewelers store manager Robert Woodson has enjoyed a successful career in the jewelry business for nearly 29 years. Robert has held his current position with Stafford Jewelers in Cincinnati for 14 years and aims to provide a positive and friendly environment while adding a personal touch for customers visiting the store.
Robert is married to Tracey and has two sons, Zak and Max, and a daughter-in-law, Cassy. Robert and Tracey cherish spending time with their family and friends in their free time. Their dogs, Buster and Sadie, are also a very important part of the family.
Robert and Tracey enjoy an active lifestyle running and working out together. The Woodson family also enjoys a strong connection with their church, Eastside Christian Church.
Landon grew up around the jewelry industry before pursuing it professionally 13 years ago. He managed a corporate jewelry store before joining the Stafford Jewelers family five years ago and now enjoys the more hands-on and personal experience clients receive with a family-owned business.
Landon is a G.I.A. graduate with an extreme depth of knowledge in every aspect of diamonds and the jewelry trade. He loves to help every customer understand what they are purchasing while building trust and developing a lifetime relationship with every customer.
Outside of jewelry, Landon enjoys working on and rebuilding cars. His current project is a 1927 Model T that he is completely restoring.
Patrick found his home at Stafford Jewelers in 2013 and shares with our customers his 12 years of knowledge and experience in the jewelry industry.
He has established himself as the Swiss Timepiece Liaison for the store and is currently working towards G.I.A. accreditation.
Patrick is married with a 3-year-old son, who he loves to chase around. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys weekend camping trips with the family and going to movies to check out the latest blockbuster.
Jeff, a native Cincinnatian, has been in the retail jewelry industry for 30 years and with Stafford Jewelers for nearly one year.
Jeff is a music enthusiast and even sings in an acoustic duo that performs throughout the Cincinnati area.

When not working with jewelry, Ron is enjoying time with his two daughters and two grand kids, working out, or attending a sports game. He loves Kentucky basketball, Notre Dame football, Reds baseball and the Cincinnati Bengals.
Max Woodson has recently joined Stafford Jewelers, but he isn’t new to the jewelry business. His dad is Stafford Jewelers store manager Robert Woodson, who has been in the jewelry business for 29 years. Max is exploring his interest in jewelry while studying Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati.
Max is an athlete with four years of experience playing water polo and basketball.
I started in jewelry business at age 17 right after high school. I managed my first store at 19 and managed for 45 years. I have taken both the diamond and gemology courses with the Diamond Council of America as well as having a wealth of knowledge do to my sales experiences. I have been married to my wife Jan for 37 years and we have two sons. In my spare time I enjoy woodworking as well as relaxing with a good book and spending time with my best friend Charlie, my dog.
